LIVE STYLE Villa Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations: 1.1. Reservations can be made on the LIVE STYLE Villa website and are subject to availability. 1.2. Guests must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
2. Length of Stay: 2.1. The minimum length of stay is 1 day, and the maximum is 60 days. 2.2. Check-in and check-out dates must be specified during the booking process.
3. Payment: 3.1. Payment is made through accepted methods of payment on the website. 3.2. A deposit or full payment will be required upon booking, depending on the established payment policy.
4. Cancellations: 4.1. Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of booking and the advance notice of cancellation. 4.2. Refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies in effect at the time of booking.
5. Usage Policies: 5.1. Guests agree to use the villa responsibly and respectfully. 5.2. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa unless otherwise stated in the policy.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: 11.1. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. 11.2. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in this area.
